The lounge is a spacious, light and bright room thanks to the front bay panoramic window.  The lounge includes a freestanding 3-seater and 2-seater sofa with the 3-seater sofa doubling up as an occasional fold out bed; corner media unit with TV point and ample storage; coffee table with upholstered footstools, and a contemporary Optiflame® electric stove effect feature fire with mirror over the fireplace.

The modern kitchen in ‘Matt Dakar’ has plenty of worktop and cupboard space and includes integrated microwave; integrated fridge freezer; white cast resin sink with drainer; gas cooker with four-burner hob, grill, oven and overhead extractor; and a feature Velux window flooding this room with light.  The dining area has a freestanding dining table with four dining chairs.

The bedrooms are light and bright rooms with ample storage space and feature Aurora Duvalay™ mattresses.  The twin bedroom comprises overbed storage shelfs, upholstered headboards, and a built-in wardrobe.  The twin bedroom has been designed with space in mind, having the twin beds in a “top-to-toe” configuration.  The master bedroom benefits from a large built-in wardrobe, overbed storage units, bedside tables, USB sockets, upholstered headboard, small dressing table/vanity area with mirror.  The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite comprising WC and wash hand basin.

The family shower room is modern and practical and comprises heated towel radiator, shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower, a dual flush WC, a wash hand basin, and a vanity mirror.
