We are selling this holiday caravan on behalf of one of our owners, it is sited and connected all ready to go on Pitch 36.

The lounge is a lovely light and bright room thanks to the patio doors to the front, leading to the glass front deck area – the ideal outdoor space to have relaxed mornings with the family, a lunchtime BBQ, or to enjoy some "me-time" soaking up those spectacular Sandgreen sunsets.  The two lounge sofas are perfect for kicking back, relaxing, and enjoying the stunning scenery Sandgreen has to offer.  The modern wall-mounted electric fire and corner TV/media unit ensure cosy evenings. 

The open-plan layout of this caravan leads seamlessly from the lounge to the spacious kitchen and dining area.  The well-equipped kitchen includes an integrated fridge freezer; integrated microwave; stainless steel sink with drainer; gas cooker with hob, grill, oven, and overhead extractor; and integrated washing machine.  The dining area comprises free-standing table and four dining chairs. 

Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space.  The twin bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, overbed storage, upholstered headboards, wall-hung mirror, and bedside table.  The master bedroom benefits from a large built-in wardrobe, overbed storage, two bedside tables, upholstered headboard, a dressing table with mirror and stool, and an en-suite comprising WC, wash hand basin with mirror over, and bath with shower over and folding shower screen.

This caravan is sited and sold on Pitch 36 – an elevated pitch giving partial seaview and views out towards our surrounding hillside landscape.  Included within this sale are the Existing Timber-Built Glass-Front Deck, Existing TV Satellite Dish, and Existing External Tap Connection.   It should be noted that the Timber Shed is not included in the sale, however, may be available to include by negotiation of the Purchase Price.
