We are selling this holiday caravan on behalf of one of our owners, it is sited and connected all ready to go on pitch 127.

The light and bright lounge provides the perfect sanctuary space and with outlook patio doors leading to the glass-front decking area, extends your indoor living space to the beautiful outdoors, with the decking area creating a peaceful place to while away the afternoon enjoying the sea view. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa with fold-out occasional bed, a modern wall-mounted electric fire, a coffee table, and TV/media unit with ample storage.
The open plan kitchen has fixed bench seating with freestanding dining table. The spacious kitchen has ample storage cupboards and work surfaces and benefits from integrated microwave; integrated fridge freezer; stainless steel sink with drainer; and gas hob, oven and grill with overhead extractor hood.
Both bedrooms are light and bright rooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom benefits from a large built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with stool and mirror over, upholstered headboard, two bedside tables, and an en-suite comprising WC and wash hand basin. The twin bedroom has one bedside table, two upholstered headboards, and a built-in wardrobe.
The family bathroom comprises WC, counter top wash hand basin with storage below and mirror over, and shower cubicle with modern tile-effect backing.

This caravan is sold with the existing timber-built deck with glass panel front, the existing TV satellite dish, the existing external tap connection, and also an inventory of contents included within the holiday caravan.
